Our thoroughly modern contemporary trestle table was originally made for our new showroom. Simple in design but rich in detail and technique, each piece of metalwork is forged by our blacksmiths from one solid bar and is over 3 meters long and then meticulously folded up to achieve the finished shape.
The components in this contemporary trestle table are held together using forged iron wedges, these are used in pairs and are hammered in through large hot punched slots. Once hammered into place the 3 elements within this table are secured firmly in place. A piece of thick tempered glass provides the final touch.
Sand blasted with burnished and waxed finish.
