These handrails in Hove, East Sussex provide the finishing touches to this newly landscaped front garden. This project comprised of 4 long runs of handrail each with a fluid, playful feel. The handrail itself is a bespoke forged section featuring a tactile chamfered profile.
The handrail is connected to the subtly tapered uprights with rivets. Each of the forged iron uprights have been core drilled and resin fixed to the stonework steps, giving a neat and considered connection detail.
The Hove handrails have been zinc sprayed and powder coated in umber grey to compliment the colour palette in the stone.
