Spades Arch

Our Spades arch was a public art work for a new development in Newick, West Sussex. Built on the site of a former fruit farm this commission celebrates what was once a key industry in this village. The arch and spades appear to come straight out of the grass and are linked at the apex by giant Gooseberrys and leaves. The metalwork has been hot dip galvanised and for longevity and ease of maintenance. Client – Stonewater Housing Association, 2024
