Our vaulted metal pergola was commissioned for for a walled garden in East Sussex. The vaulted metal pergola is cantilevered from the patio wall and uses stainless steel wires along its length to support the nearby wisteria.
The pergola manages to strike a tricky balance of both defining the patio space whilst at the same time having a lightness of touch that doesn’t dominate it.
We used our favourite galvanised and patinated finish on the pergola frame which ties in very well with the antique brickwork nearby. We have made a number of other pergolas over the years that can be seen here
