Japanese maple leaf railing Home ⟩ Journal ⟩ Japanese maple leaf railing 17th March 2012 We fitted this railing in Islington, North London on Thursday. Inspired by blowing leaves, in this case Japanese maple, as the client is a fan of all things Japanese. The leaves gather towards the botttom of the steps from where they are blown skywards, it all makes for a playful and animated railing. There’s also a gate to follow….
