Commissioned for an ocean side property near Brighton, our anchor gate use maritime motifs and sailors knots as its inspiration. Hot forged in steel with a galvanised finish the design is a balance between decorative pattern and a modern aesthetic.
The anchor gate manages to capture the effortless and playful movement of rope but using the medium of hot steel. Along the base of the gate are a series of forged iron anchors which overlap and give the gate its structure.
This gate has been galvanised and patinated as it has great views over the sea but receives the harshest weather in the winter.
