Meadow Balcony

Our Meadow balcony is the final instalment of a larger package of work for this new build house in the Ashdown Forest. We designed the balcony to compliment existing railings that we had previously made at the entrance to the property.
Our forged iron balustrade features a pattern inspired by the plants and meadow grasses that surround the house. As with much of our work the design is a repeat pattern. The subtle variations echoing the patterns within nature.
We forged the balustrade using traditional blacksmithing techniques. The components are meticulously hand forged and then fire welded together in our Sussex workshop. A highly skilled process that ensures fluid lines and smooth transitions
The other parts of this project are the Meadow railing and the Flow pond railings.
