Sculptural Railings- “Wheat and Scythes”

These sculptural railings were commissioned for the garden of an East Sussex Barn near Alfriston. This fantastic garden flows straight on to the rolling downland beyond. The client was keen for a design with an agricultural influence. Our hand forged metal sculptural railing run for 35m along the boundary, heavy “scythe” wrought iron forgings support the gate and long slender tapers with riveted heads of wheat complete the look.
